Every time you have an urge or the feeling you want to do it try distracting yourself. You could go for a walk/jog/run, go on the computer, write in a journal, do homework (if your a student), bake, etc. If you need the feeling of pain, then hold an icecube really hard in your hand or put a rubber band on your wrist and pull it when you feel the urge to cut.
