Thank you for writing and for reaching out. I am sorry you are feeling so confused, lost, and upset. We know those very feelings and sometimes they can really weigh you down. But you are okay and we are so glad you posted here.

Sometimes the others inside do not understand what the little ones think. You are not weak for you all have feelings and they need to be heard just as well. You all are a part of the whole and you all played a part in the safety of the totality of you all. There is nothing wrong with you.

You are strong for what you did and you do have the right to be heard. In time you will get to say what you feel. Sometimes the others that are older are trying to protect and many times they do not mean to be mean but that is what they are there for.

You are strong and we understand things that happen sometimes too fast. But they are happening because it is time for them to happen. We do hear you and we understand. Know that we care and are here for you when you need or want to talk.
