i think this has been discussed before, but don't trust my memory basically, mods work their hardest to uphold the forum guidelines, make themselves accessible to members who need them, and attempt to act as mediators when necessary. put simply, we try to help keep the community, and its members, emotionally safe while here by doing the things stated above. that's about it. sounds easy enough, huh?
