LOL...you are funny Perna....no, I don't eat so much salmon, I think it's not good even to have it very much because of the mercury stuff....
honesty, I think garlic and ginger will lower down the blood pressure...that's why it made me sleepy....
I had enough of insomnia and sleeping pills...some of over counter sleeping pills were just put me on sleep, but next day I felt exhausted and tired...hate them all....I used to take "Advil" and "Tylenol" sleeping pills over night...gosh...they are brutal!
I'm so grateful for a night of good sleep....I know how horrible is not being able to sleep!
