Downward spiral. Au my bottom almost. If this this keeps up, will have to go to hospital. Need supportive words. Feel isolated. Missed one of my disability appts and could not call ahead. Do not feel grounded. Trying to get through tonight. Made list for tomorrow to try to get stronger emotionally. Can you all just be there for me for the next 24 hours? PLEASE HELP!
