I'm sorry if it's overly judgmental but she sounds like a moron reading out of a protocol handbook. I think it's safe to say you are not working with a very creative problem solver.

I don't understand why she is telling YOU what to do, is her "help" conditional upon you doing the things she wants you to do? And how is she in any position to judge whether you are 'failing' or not? If your therapist thought you were faltering would they ever phrase it the way she does?

My college equivalent came in saying "what do you need? and are you getting it right now?" Part of the tuition you pay goes towards having support services. You are a student but you are also a customer and in a very real way not getting what you are paying for.

I understand being low on energy. But what effect do you think this woman has on students who don't know as much as you do and don't have outside support?
