The title says it all. feel anxious like I want to crawl out of my skin. I know I'm' going down. I think exercise would help, maybe not a complete fix, but a big help. Just can't make myself do it.

The plan is to exercise in 20 minutes to get things out of my system. I'll let u know how I feel later.
