trinity, i am sorry to hear you are having a hard time. i think journaling is a great help for everyone. i highly recommend it. writing helps me feel better. but sometimes it's hard to think about stressful things... so when i finish writing some things i end up crumpling up the paper or tearing it apart and throwing it away. even that can feel nice to get those feelings out.
i hope things get better soon. i hope the fighting will stop. i think it will be ok eventually. take care during the stressful times!
