Ohseedee. My T said the dissociative symptoms usually falls under the PTSD spectrum.
So it makes sense that when one is under stress and the PTSD is activated, that the dissociative symptoms also are activated.

As to the voices, yes. I also had that when the alters are talking. They stay inside. The only time I hear voices externally is when I am having flashback symptoms. Those really stink.
