myself,
Gotta love your approach.....love doing things like that too but usually I'm in such a hurry when they call am not thinking that clear.
Thanks Beth & Spaz,
I had heard about there being a way to stop those telemarketers....but until now, didn't know how to do it.....Thank you so much......am so tired of getting those calls that I actually have turned off my home phone.....only use is for my husband's internet connection. I have my cell phone on all the time.....don't know what I would do without it....it's the only way anyone can contact me.
I do think the use of cell phones it rather funny. When I went back to take some college classes at the local community college, about 3 out of 4 people walking from class to class had a cell phone to their ear. When shopping at places like the grocery store or wal-mart....seems like at least 1/2 of the people are shopping while talking on their phone. I wonder how they managed before there were cell phones.....it sets me off with laughter everytime I see it.....& it's even more funny when I'm doing the same thing.....lol. I feel like a turtle sometimes with my cell....it is like my home away from home that I can take with me anywhere I go....lol
It sure came in handy when I was in the hospital at the beginning of the year......It was necessary for me to be on the phone continually & glad they didn't tell me to not use it. It usually messes with the monitoring machines...but I got away with it anyway.
Thanks for the information.....I am now good for 5 years......what a relief not to have to talk to those nuisance people.....wish I could turn off the bill collectors that easily......lol.
Debbie
