I am sorry, I am a bit sick and my head feels like a dizzy so I hope I can keep the focus and answer.

Over the years the therapist has seen many switches within a session but we do a 'calming relaxing technique' near the end of each session for about 1/2 hr in order to bring the parts to a resting state. When still really 'spacey' they suggest we go for a safe walk before we drive and remind us that an adult is best to be out to drive (that was discussed at a few of our sessions too). The rule is no one under 16 drives, which is the law here anyway.

2) What does your T do when you switch in session and forget everything? Does your T tell you what happened? or just ignore it?

Sometimes with all that goes on in a session I have asked the therapist to go over what happened as at that moment I cannot remember. The therapist takes maybe 3 minutes to briefly describe, in a kind of positive way, like not saying too much but just enough, if it was a really hard session. I am grateful for this as I am better able to do the outworking on the following days till we meet again. I didn't always ask for this though, all the time and if an adult is there it may not be required.

3) Has your T ever gotten mad at an alter?
You would have to ask the therapists because I just don't know but have they ever raised their voice. No! My therapists seems to be very creative at finding ways to voice their disapporoval of an alter doing something not acceptable.
