(((((((((((((exodus)))))))))))))))))) I am sorry you are having such a hard time. Try and distract yourself for a while. Try thinking about something else if you can. I know this is very hard. Journaling is a good idea if you like that. Posting here may be helpful. I have been told that if you can make it through 20 minutes then there is no point in purging after that. Just one minute at a time works for me. Anything to distract you will work. Good luck and hang in there.

Please try to keep triggering food out of the house as this only makes it harder.
