I went through a bout of paranoia, not trusting anyone. It really stinks. But you seem to be aware you are not rational. I would suggest you contact your pdoc as soon as possible as you can end up psychotic. During my paranoia I was only in touch with a friend who lived abroad as I did not trust anyone near me. Thankfully she was eventually able to convince me to go see my pdoc. He put me on anti-psychotics which averted a full blown mania, thankfully. It is not realistic nor true to think everyone has turned against you, so please take the right steps, before you react to what is not there!
