Take out a court order on the person !! No mess, no fuss, if he persists then he'll get picked up and hopefully sorted out, however, he may well be 'damaged' from what life has dealt us all, it just depends on how we handle it. If he wont listen to reasonable discussion then he obviously needs some sort of help. Take care of you
