I am sooo sorry you are in such pain and are feeling so nauseous. I have had IBS and painful stomach tissue off and on (and now on due to stress) but nothing like what you are going through. Enough though to understand how it is so hard to get over the episodes that seem to go on forever. Mine flares from stress. Have you noticed that you have triggers that seem to make yours flare up?
I'm going to try meditation tonight to see if I can infuse myself with some sense of peace. Have you ever tried that yourself?
