Been a very crazy week or two for me, up, down and all over the place, with lots of change and stresses. Mostly little things but all climbing on top of each other to try and look bigger and scarier.

It's 'Emergency Preparedness Week' around here, and among the materials they were giving out was a little sign, for use during a disaster to help responders know where they're needed. On one side it's green with an OK in big letters, on the other side red with HELP. I laughed at myself and the funny desire to paste it red side out on my forehead.
