I'd probably include the word 'love' in my searches. You'll get less violence and hardcore smut that way. Also stuff about committed spouses. Um *considers* sometimes people write stories which include healthy portrayals of sex or do artwork thereof. The first can be weeded out by reading summaries and the latter by searching the right key words at the right sites (sorry to say I don't know these off the top of my head; it'd take some experimentation on my part).

Also, you may want to look into books instead of internet searches. Online you're going to find more porn than anything. A book store or library will make it harder to find stuff on sex, but it should also be less triggering when you do. It also might be easier to find something positive in those environments. I know there are messages out there about sexual liberation and combating the stigma and repression associated with sex. Material from a more educated (and positive) source may be more along the lines of what you need.

And if all else fails, I'd let your T know that you're having trouble with the advice, and ask for some assistance in finding good material. They should be sympathetic.
