(((sharon))) i am sorry you are hurting. i have struggled with words lately too. there are no words to explain the feelings we have sometimes. i think crying is ok. i'm sad that you are hurting, though.
lately i have felt that drawing or coloring or painting can help me when i dont have words to talk about or write about my feelings. if you like to do any of those things, maybe you can let your feelings out that way. experience the feeling. hopefully you can move on and the next feeling will be a little better.
