begin breathing in through your nose, slowly out through your mouth--deeeep deeep breaths. Be mindful of the act of breathing, feel it throughout your whole body.
If you have a higher power, close your eyes, and remember, you will ne'er be forsaken or forgotten--you are not alone. "Let go"--visualize being a child laying on a sunny beach, listen to the sound of the waves crashing in.
