It's a brave thing to do. But I'd do the same thing if I wanted to get pregnant.

I'm tapering off my meds just because I don't like the side effects. I wonder how little I can take and still get by. I was on 6 meds, now I'm only on 5. Nixed Lamictal so far. On a half dose of Wellbutrin as of the last 2 days and a half dose of Nuvigil the past week. Already lowered my Geodon intake from 120mg to 100mg. I know what you mean about feeling anxious without it! I've found that taking a smaller dose of Geodon 3 times a day is helpful. Soon I'll cut it down to 2 times a day. I think the hardest one to drop will be temazepam. It's the only thing that can get me to sleep on a regular schedule.

Hang in there. You're not the only one going through this process. It can be awful, but it sure will be a relief to be med free in the near future.
