Two things comes to mind.... PMS or PMDD

Have you looked into the symptoms of either one of these physical ailments that effect a large amount of females one to two weeks before their period and then usually subside with in three days of the onset of the menstrual flow?

If you have either one of these and they are interfering in your quality of life there are medicines out there that your doctor gave give you - I take Celexa for my PMDD and have been on it for about three years now and I can tell you it has made all the difference for me.
