Tracy, sometimes I too have problems with anger... a few weeks ago I was waking up angry and was angry all day long... for a couple of weeks or so. It's not good. I never worked out how to deal with it or what it was caused by, but since I don't feel angry recently, whatever was upsetting me must have been dealt with. Jax's idea of writing down when you're angry and any possible contributors to the anger sounds a good idea. Perhaps swimming too could help, it's soothing being in water and you can really push your body and release your anger that way too, without causing yourself physical harm.
