I agree - I don't think girls should be showing cleavage in school at all. My daughters 12 and they're not allowed to wear spaghetti strap shirts in the summer and their shorts have to be long enough, where the bottom of the short is even with the middle finger. They state this is the newsletter, yet girls constantly wear short shorts. If I were the principle I would call the parent and say - bring your child some decent length shorts or pick your child up.

My 8 yr old was at a skipping competition recently and there were 2 girls age 7 who had on those tight spandex shorts - they were so short it showed their butt cheeks. I wouldn't want a whole gym full of mostly adults looking at my childs butt cheeks. So yes I agree cleavage has no place in schools and only used to be acceptable when going out at night.
