I find one of the strange things about America, is our strange obsession with Breasts. I think that one of the reasons that show cleavage is so titalating( parden the choice of words) is that we are taught they are "forbidden" of course that just instills in young men a greater desire to see, touch etc...

I find in other places, this kind of obsession does not seem to exist. I guess in Western Europe for example most beaches and lakeside allow for Toplessness and so going to those places there it is common to see girls and women uncovered. I guess one gets so used to seeing them in that environment that they do not hold the same level of interest as they do here in the states.

I am not suggesting by the way that young women in school or in the office run arround topless, or even in low cut outfits. In enviroments such as those all people should be expect to dress in a professional manner. The purpose of work and school is serious and should be taken as such.
