Exercise is something that helps many people with anxiety. This is going to sound silly, but if you are feeling anxious especially while doing something such as talking on the phone or reading or something, get some silly putty and mess with it in your free hand. It's kind of like having a stress ball, but better in my opinion. I agree with relaxing music as well. Doing anything you enjoy that is calming to you, it can be different for everyone.
