I used to sleep from 10pm to 6am everyday, with some daytime naps (I have fibromyalgia), with no sleep problems ever. Now for the past few weeks, my sleep has been completely disrupted. Ever since I was admitted to a psychiatric hospital. Now that I'm out, I can't fall asleep until between 1 and 3 am, and I still get up at 6 am. This is starting to increase daytime napping, and when I wake up from my naps, I am always very moody, angry and quick tempered. Something is definitely up, and it's starting to affect my life in a negative way because I'm not getting things done during the day and the moodiness is starting fights between my girlfriend and I.

Is it time to get a sleep aide, or a med change? Anyone have some good sleep advice? I have tried aromatherapy and soothing music.
