I try keep myself busy - even if it means getting up from my desk and going to have a cigarette. I change my focus away from what I'm currently doing and therefore from what is causing anxiety.

I always listen to music - all day long at work. But right now I'm battling with what music is best - the soothing music can start some real emotional feelings in me, and I just end up spiraling into depression.
