ummm...how did she get to be an executive assistant without knowing how to use Word? I once worked a temp job as a receptionist at a bank and I had to know how to use Word...and how does she figure it's your problem? Whoever originally drafted the document should be the one to fix it, not you!! I don't have perfect grammar or spelling, but one of my pet peeves is when people use common words incorrectly - loose instead of lose (that one drives me nuts: I want to "loose" some weight - LOL), noone instead of no one, alot instead of a lot, etc. It's just one of those things that bothers me, so I can understand why the email annoyed you.

I hope you are able to calm down a bit and relax - easier said than done, I know!! Maybe you can get a picture of her and throw darts at it...I've actually done that in the past LOL...
