when I get triggered like that I run dates and facts over again, I say "My name is Typo, it's May 11th 2010, etc etc" If that doesn't work sometimes to help ground I'll feel diffrent textures, like run my hands over the floor to feel the tile, or crunch up paper in my hand to feel the paper.
