I can relate to almost the entire list up there. The best advice I can offer is to take things one day at a time. Dont push yourself to "feel better". I know people might think I am wrong in saying that but I really dont care.
It takes time to deal with what you have been through. Each person deals differently in different situations. Be gentle with yourself. Talking with your T is a great start. I know we all wish we could progess in our care at the speed of light, unfortunately, it is a tremendously slow process. Keep venting when needed. Thats always good.
