I would still talk to the board of psychiatry for the State of Kentucky and find out if there is help for you there. I would also call the city or county attorney who has jurisdiction over the organization and see if this person is guilty of a crime. I also wonder who pays for this? If the organization is supported by federal or state funds, there should be an investigation. I already have suggested you contact your congressional delegation.

One thing is troublesome. Why are you still there accepting this abuse?
