My niece broke her wrist falling off the see-saw a few weeks ago. The original doc didn't think it was broken, but then a radiologist looked at it a few days later and said it was. The doc just comes and tells my sister (my niece was coincidentally in the hospital that day to have tubes put in her ears)... "Oh by the way, it was broken...I saw the break on the x-ray but because she didn't cry when I pushed on it, I figured it must not have really been broken". Needless to say, my sister was pissed and took her to her regular doc's office for a new x-ray and a cast.

If you think its broken, you can always try to get them to do another x-ray.

I hope he's alright.
