((((((((((((((((((anderson)))))))))))))))))))))) I think sitting by the fire and letting yourself cry may be very healing for you. I find sitting next to the fireplace and drinking something that soothes us, and having your stuffies, can be very calming. And crying can be such a nice release of all the pain. I hope you find it helpful. I am sorry you are having to go through this.
