Desperate to help a family member fighting bipolar depression. Failing school, taking meds and not taking meds, angry then happy, not truthful with doctor. Over 18 so privacy issues abound...meanwhile this young adult is falling into an abyss, drifting away. We have 3 months before college begins...what do we do?
