Zoo~ I agree with WePow. Besides, it's not your PNP's place to TELL you what you're therapeutic path should be, or to try and TELL you whether you are strong enough to handle it.
That decision is best left up to you and your Trauma T. There isn't a main road that you will be walking down. You will be traveling down many side roads and you will be able to adapt your therapy to suit your needs. If at some point you need to slow down or you feel ready to step back for a while and work towards a different goal, then you will be able to do so.
Trust your gut.
