Anyone with similar experiences? How'd you pull through?
Even though my med combo has been keeping me pretty stable for over a year now, I do still tend to run a bit on the depressed side. So it is common to experience some mild swings even when the meds are working well. However, if you notice that you are feeling more down than usual for longer periods of time, it is a good idea to talk to your pdoc because you might need your meds tweaked a bit. Since I've been on this combo I have had to have it adjusted (just a bit) twice. It helps me a lot to keep a mood diary because I can see the patterns easily that way, and I notice sooner if my moods are more down or more up than usual. Take care!
