I'm sorry I got to this thread too late to be much help, but I'm glad to see that your H is doing better. I know it's been awful, but it seems like you had a lightbulb moment in therapy, so maybe this is all for a reason, and will help you heal part of you that hasn't been brought to your awareness until now.
