You may think that somebody else was better because they grew up on a farm but that does not mean that they share your feelings. My son has lived his whole life on a farm. I thought that would be a good thing but a few years ago my then teenage son said that he was ashamed for his friends to know he grew up on a farm. Don't assume that other people think poorly of you because of how you did or did not grow up. It likely doesn't matter to them as much as it does to you.
