There is nothing wrong with feeling frustrated and angry. Talk with her about these things. We don't get credits for keeping our concerns unspoken.

It might be that this pdoc's schedule/availabliity isn't going to work for you.
Questions that come up as I read your post:
Can you see her in the other offices?
What is her policy regarding urgent needs?
Did you express that you have an urgent need right now and this is the best she can respond?
When she is away or not available, is there someone who fills in for her?
