Prilosec is the same active ingredient as the Zegerid I take. Zegerid has some sodium bicarb too which is nice.
You said you have been using NSAIDs and still have pain. You might ask your doc about trialing Lyrica. It helped my fibromyalgia but at the cost of being able to walk straight without dizziness so it wasn't worth it for me. You may be different.
