I'm really sorry, Lynn, for the conduct of the police and their lack of concern.
This kind of crap only reinforces what's already (pretty much) common knowledge, anymore....The cops do less to protect and serve.

Filing a police report 'forces' an officer to physically come out and actually write out a report dictated by you. Excuse the sarcasm..but c'mon. Why can't they attend to their job like their supposed to?
How are they supposed to know what the dogs look like if they don't have a detailed description of them? (Not that they care...I know. Pitiful).
