I really think it depends on how "hot" she is. Ya' know? I mean, if she makes me jealous I'd be like "Oh! the nerve of that woman wearing those clothes!" and if she's not threatening to me I'd be like "Go ahead, girl!". I guess this makes me a catty woman. MEow?
