Hi, my name is Ruben and I am 34 years old. I've been married for 10 years and have 3 children (15,9,7). The 15 year old is from her previous relationship. I recently found out that my wife has been texting and talking on the phone with another man for about 4-5 months. I have records that show that they have been texting each other over 200 times a month and sometimes talk for over an hour on the phone. On a few days, they text each other 30+ times in one day, from early morning to late night.

I will say that I am not the perfect husband. I have never had an affair, neither emotional nor physical because my kids flash in my mind anytime i feel something is in appropriate. I do admint that I disrepect my wife sometimes by looking at other women when we are together.

I first found out this past Friday because out of nowhere I looked at her phone messages. I read 3-4 messages from OM that made me feel weird. She denied it until she finally realized I had the proof. Now she states that she felt nothing for him but I can't read any other messages because she deleted them all from previous months.

I guess I feel like I got punked by my wife and OM. He is not married (lives with girlfriend) and is one of my sons high school baseball coaches.

What do I do!!Am I being jealous, I know this just happen but I can't imagine every feeling the same about her.
