Thank you for the information, I too suffer tremendously from migraines. The problem I have encountered is the doctors in my area feel headaches are "all in your head" take a tylenol and you will be fine.
Do you have any suggestions for locating pain management doctors? Or what state are you located in perhaps I can find a qualified and sympathetic doctor in your state.
