Try your best not to let the stress interfere with your recovery. Heart surgery is very draining and requires a lot of rest afterward. Of course you have to do what you have to do to get around but try to find the time to relax and not worry about outside stresses.
You're husband's lawyer wants to know when you will be able to go back to work... can you have your doctor give them an answer (even if it is a vauge one, like "when she is ready"? IMO you should be worrying about your recovery, not trying to estimate the "end date" of your recovery period. That won't be entirely up to you anyway, it will depend on how you feel and when your doctor gives you the green light.
I hope you are feeling better soon. Stress can be a great impediment to recovery and healing, unfortunately it is not something we can just "turn off" especially when we are also suffering from depression or other similar ailments. I hope you can at least find some comfort and understanding here and use that as a little breathing room just for yourself to work toward recovery.
