Sometimes, letting those emotions out can be enough. Not always though.

Do you have any close friends that you ever share tears with? Or family? Do you trust anyone that you know enough to share the things on your mind?

There are professional therapists attached to this site, to which some people do talk with. Personally, I am not comfortable with that idea. I think that misunderstandings could easily occur. It would be tough to say things the way that I feel them. But, that's my personal opinion. Anyway, that is also an option for you if you have the money & are willing to give the online therapy a shot.

My best advice would be for you to take some deep breaths. Relax and frequently remind yourself that your life isn't ending. These people can still be a part of your life. Your great interest in playing music can grow. Your world will grow bigger. Close friends will still be a part of your life, but you'll add some new ones as your continue to grow in life. It is okay. Repeat that you are just fine ~ you are going to be okay.

((hugs)) to you!
