Hmmmm here i was thinking it was a good one to skip! (triggers). mind, I don't care for Dr. Phil anyway, so I'd not watch even if I had a tv. He lost me the first time he said on tv that PMS is all in women's heads (grrrrrrrrrrrrr) as is their need for chocolate. I think i was PMSing at the time and bout took the tv out :P

but, yes - my fam is a prime example of abuse through the generations. Of course there are many options to ending abuse - mine is to not have children. The family line ends with me. my lineage is at least 4 generations old.
