It is what you think/feel about yourself so you are scoring, in a sense. How you feel when you take it and what's going on in your life and how you interpret the questions are what it's all about. There's a possibility of nearly 300 and there's probably no "perfect" score because everyone can have "life events" or "physical issues" and "general coping" issues and, as you too laughed at, "technology issues" (avoiding things by being on the internet/phone/etc. too much instead of engaging with other people/life one-on-one perhaps :-) somewhere in their lifespan. It's just an indicator to take to your therapist or doctor to discuss, helps you see how you may feel you are doing and give you a way to discuss things with your doctor.

The way I'd look at your scores if I were you is to see if I could learn about/get help for various anxiety issues? But think about some of the questions if you remember them, and how you had trouble answering them, could have answered them slightly differently? That's what makes the difference; feel a lot better/worse at the moment you're taking the test and the score will change. A lot of people take it every 3-6 months, just to see if they feel they're improving/doing worse, etc. The difference between 127 and 131 is not that significant/about the same. Work on your anxiety, do a few things that scare you :-) and take the test again at the end of summer and see if you're closer to 100 or so, is what I'd strive for.
