I may have to check this out, sounds interesting, hopefully no triggers, I don't know of a history of linage of abuse in my family, of course I probably never will because nobody will talk about the bad things, my family is all about secret keeping. I have my suspcions though about my mom's side of the family... since abuser came from that side, and well there are just signs...
