Thanks Dexter and silver for replying. My cardiologist wrote a note to my lawyer not giving a clear date when I can start. He said it depends on my symptoms when I can work, of course my husbands lawyer did not like his response. I feel like I am fighting 2 wars, fighting to get better and fighting to get this lawyer off my back. I just saw a doctor today, I need to have some test done because I have been feeling short of breath and dizzy while on my feet. I need this to pass so I can work. One great thing I do have is good insurance until divorce is final. I want every test possible right now to get on my feet again.
